The Seller is obliged to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop. The Seller will use the collected personal information solely to provide the services offered. The Seller respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop, and will therefore take the necessary steps to protect them against any breaches and misuse. Personal data of users is one of the areas to which the Seller pays extraordinary care and attention, knowing the sensitive nature of this field.

 

Use of personal data

With the aim of providing the services offered, the Seller collects, manages, processes, and stores the following personal information:

- first and last name

- delivery address

- name of the company or legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- e-mail address (username)

- telephone number

- country of residence

- other information that the user voluntarily fills in the forms of the web shop

- other information that the user later voluntarily adds to their profile.

The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information entered by the user.

Cookies and IP addresses

At the start of each visit to the online shop, the Seller assigns each user a cookie for identification, to check the shopping cart, and to ensure traceability. Cookies are stored only in the server’s memory for the duration of the visit to the online shop and are removed after one hour of inactivity. The Seller may also store some permanent cookies on the user’s computer or device, such as the encoded user identification number to identify the user on the next visit to the online shop or the product rating, allowing the user to know which items they have already rated, and indirectly also external cookies from Google Analytics used to analyze website visits. The Seller may use this data in an anonymous summarized form for statistical analysis purposes. For online security, the Seller also collects IP addresses from which users access the online shop.

 

Confidentiality statement for personal data and user privacy

In accordance with the regulations concerning the protection of personal data, the Seller is obliged to protect the personal data of the users of its online shop. The Seller will under no circumstances provide personal or other user information to a third party and will not grant a third party access to personal or other user information without the express consent of the user, unless requested by national authorities, if such an obligation is established by law, or if it is in good faith assumed that such an action is necessary for court procedures or other government bodies and for the protection and exercise of the legitimate interests of the Seller.

All personal and other information that the user provides when registering in the online shop, as well as when ordering and purchasing products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with the regulations concerning the protection of personal data. The Seller will only contact the Buyer by means of remote communication if the Buyer has not expressly objected to this. Advertising emails will contain elements clearly and unmistakably marked as advertising messages, the sender will be clearly stated, promotions, special discounts, and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked as such with clearly described conditions for participation, it will be clearly indicated how to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages, and the Buyer’s wish not to receive advertising messages will be expressly respected by the Seller. The Seller may use data in an anonymous summarized form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other user information will not be violated in any way.

The Seller will keep the personal information of users in the collection of personal data only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal information is collected and managed.

For the Delivery Service, the Seller will only provide the necessary information for the delivery of the products purchased in the online shop (information about the recipient and the delivery address). The Seller will contact the user by e-mail if necessary for the execution of the purchase in the online shop, and by the contact telephone number only if there is a problem during the registration process or making a purchase in the online shop.

 

Implementation of the privacy policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Seller has the protection of personal data in accordance with the Rules for the Protection of Personal Data.

All full-time or part-time employees of the Seller who have access to personal and other user information are familiar with the provisions of the Rules for the Protection of Personal Data and the duty to protect personal and other data, and are obliged to comply with these provisions regarding the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop. The duty to protect personal and other data remains in force over time, even after the relationship with the Seller has ended.

Registered users can stop using the online shop at any time and can withdraw their registration. By doing so, they must notify the Seller of the cancellation of the registration by means of a written statement. Before making a statement of cancellation of registration, the User must settle all outstanding obligations arising from purchases made in the online shop. The Seller will also protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop under this Privacy Policy in the event of cancellation of registration.
