What is the delivery time of my order?

We send your order as quickly as possible. The standard delivery time is within 1-2 working days after dispatch

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 4.99.

The shipping costs to Belgium are € 6.99.

The shipping costs to the rest of the EU, UK, and Switzerland are € 8.99.

When is shipping free?

There are no shipping costs for orders over 75 euros within the Netherlands.

There are no shipping costs for orders over 150 euros outside the Netherlands, within the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?

Yes, we deliver within the Netherlands, Belgium, and other EU countries, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a Track & Trace code. With this, you can easily follow your package.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after receipt.

How can I register a return?

Which items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns of items that:

have been worn
contain makeup stains
are damaged

Please ensure the item is returned unworn and in its original condition.

When will I receive my money back?

As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will send a confirmation email. The amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 7 working days.
